Reading the 27 Jan announcement, it states this.

The Company is also pleased to announce that following the WET SEASON and the further mine optimisation studies, the first of the new fleet of mining equipment for its Zambian Mining Projects has arrived on site.

A quick check on wiki, States that the rainy season is from Nov-April. (5 months)

This rig was to define the Chowa Open Pit. The only operating mine.

This is clearly going to hold things up as they need to define the grades before mining given the ore grades needed for sale.

This is on page 3 and is from the Chowa pit. This sound as if it will not make the grades.
