I don't know about that king louie ... "nothing to see here" imo. It is totally normal for more sellers (and on the flip side buyers) to appear as the price goes up, ceteris paribus. Also totally normal for people to wait offscreen for their price rather than exposing their hands in the depth. I do not think this is a case of "capping" which is basically price suppression/manipulation. This is not what is happening here, its just normal market mechanics ... imo of course.
