not the way I read the announcement:
T1 under company 15% placement rule
T2 dependant on SH approval for a: placement and b: attaching options
I read it that we as SH can vote in favour for/against T2 and if majority votes for T2 we can still vote for/against free attaching options
So : if we as SH feel we want to take the additional dilution on our shoulders we should therefore vote against T2 or the reverse if we feel we rather see SIO's pick up the tab.
