    re: battle rages for cleanup money It's all looking very positive for Virotech.
    Skytop will be the company maker -
    my simple question is, are they good enough / big enough to handle the volume of work that they might be contracted to do?
    After 5 years of building, I hope they have built in the basic skills to take on and succeed with multiple projects.
    Anyone spoken to the chiefs lately?
