Had a look at the Biota newsletter and trying to reconcile your comment that the newsletter lists Dr Cooks achievements of discovering over 160 patents in the areas including the patent currently disputed by Biocryst and the newsletter 'Dr Cook invented the N-Max technology platform and manages Biota's US Research laboratories. He is listed as an inventor on more than 160 patents... over a 35 year career'.

What's the link to the patent currently disputed by Biocryst?
