Its probably because AGS's case(M&D C) is weak.imo

I believe if AGS accept the Mining lease then theres nothing to look forward to and that is what the Market is saying atm

I doubt AGS will end up with anything other than 25% now.


imo AGS cannot agree to the ML if they continue with the M&D C Matter.If they accept, its a power shift to H/Q.

We'll know soon.
