ok so lets stick with what we know - the head of the company buys 1,000,000 fpo's to add to his almost 2,000,000 others and he pays 3c a piece for them - so clearly he sees the price being higher than 3c in the future.
Good vote of confidence and I like the way he is leading us forward.
