re: battle rages for cleanup money in my view last year incentives were premature
this year is diff story, this year is ok and I like very much they are talking PR and sales expansion as it is time to start to make some noise
raising was done with the minimal discount to the current sp which indicates strong position in the market also will put to sleep any short term cashflow issues, looks very promissing
