The only reason I believe the ML wont be accepted is if it has major implications(negative) in relation to any Legal Matters in the future(M&D C matter), especially for AGS.

On the other side H/Q could use it as a wearing down tactic on AGS, but thats only in the extreme.imo

The Market wont like it, if its not signed. imo
