China Mobile Deal has never been taken off the table, but in two years the market has changed dramatically. Tim Cook of Apple is in China having talks with China Mobile, already the 2nd biggest market in the world for iPhones. Though this year Android is set to become the dominant OS.
However Shanxi province being relatively poor may lag somewhat, so this deal may eventuate yet as I believe SMA's APM system is most favourable to lower bandwidth less sophisticated phones.
