    in my case i know our landlord is getting a pathetic deal....so much interest, so many rates/body corporate, rental management fees, water, repairs

    so so many fees

    i bet they dont sleep well

    i dont have a massive mortgage over my head

    property investors must be getting nervous

    they would get better return in ubank and still get their money back...unlike residential property

    what is it now in bris...down 8% yoy???? wealth vanashing before your eyes

    we pay less than 8% of our gross salary on rent...which is fully salalry packaged, thankfully

    looking for distressed sellers in the next year or 2
