Isn't the real issue the destruction of shareholders funds by management? Existing management are extremely well remunerated but all they've done is squander money.
How many tens of millions of funds have been squandered on exploration? Several hundred millions of dollars have been thrown at Crapateena (which has over 500 meters of overburden), a bloated management structure with two head offices and then we have to listen to the usual diatribe of Ozl's 'financial discipline', is this meant to be an oxymoron?
