If US and UK clients have received money back, then I would assume their issue of how to distribute money within the client pool has been decided on. Deloittes have taken a backward step now while allowing client representatives to squabble over who should get what. This doesn't look like a cut and dried situation to me. What is certain however, is Deloittes will receive their $13Million.
