    re: Ann: Underwriting with Wilson HTM Corpora... Excuse my ignorance - but what i the actual significance og thid underwriting and how will it impact someone that is holding options?

    Does it mean that if the options arent converted by holders and expire Wilson will buy up all of these unconverted options?

    Looking forward to clarification on this.
