I do not comment on other states or cities because my views would not be accurate. 6 Months ago people were commenting on Perth rentals and they were howled down by the bears some local but many from Victoria. Now vacancy rate 1.6% Yes the stories coming from Eastern States sound bad. But the rental situation in Perth is becoming a crisis. $1200 is what the new lease is for and the top end rentals are moving you heard it here.
