Malaga, yours is a futile argument on this forum.... such a small community that visits this site.. it is so limited the majority by far are bears, same old, same old they have been here for years... the rest of society is alive and well the funny thing about this site is... all the bears moto, is to rent, almost forever, for the next 3, 5 , or 10 years it so plays into the hands of the property investors
PI's have so much media and news playing into their hands,,,with all this noise, about the preference to rent, not buy PI's have the vindication to go out and buy a PI... cause they just know, all those on the HC property forum will be renters forever... the hc property forum, is such a closed, small community... the real world is very different...
there is also a very nasty, vindictive theme on this forum... do you really want to give them ammunition, fodder, to attack you racism is alive and well here....
