Ask yourself this, just where did the analyst get the information from to base the comment regarding the removal of the impediment? These reports are supposed to be based on publicly available information. So when did the company ever release a report to the market that would justify that comment. None that I can recall in the last 3 years.

So assuming the comment is based on non publicly available information, one can assume it is private briefings with the company. Given the imminent move by some shareholders against the board, how unbiased or credible is that information? As I posted earlier, this could be a tactic to undermine JH and weaken his support in any challenge, just like what Labor did to Rudd recently.

Don't forget who's paying the piper to write that report. Given the timing and current events, I take it with a grain of salt.
