I think I can safely say that none of us on here can say YES to the following questions;-
1.Have you seen the evidence?
2.Have you seen the advice of council?
3.Have you seen the filed affidavits?
4.Have you seen the filed pleading?
If you have not read these, it defies me how you could make a comment on how you think these legal matters will go.
Management can answer yes to all these questions, we either trust them or we don’t.
It is not helpful looking over their shoulder, telling them what they should be doing, if we do not know all the facts. Just ask any tradesman on a domestic job.
One of the rules of management is, you get the best out of people if you work with them rather than against them.
Between them the directors have probably 10 times more AGS shares than all of us combined, that ticks one of the big boxes towards the top of the my list.
If you think we are being lied to, then this is not a share you should have in your portfolio.
