The only thing i've got left to say is that arch is not over yet. After which i a seriously considering dumping and cutting my losses. My question with management is why promise when you can't guarantee delivering them. Deadlines are consistently missed.... I have no issue with this if the people in charge did not specify exact time frames - cockatoo contract is an example (weren't contractual issues meant to be finalised by jan. It is almost April and no explanation!). If there is uncertainty on timeframes then let us know or overestimate. It might help regain some trust in these announcements.

The reality is the project might never see the light of day to realise the fundamentals of the project. I hope this is not the case.
