    1/2 will move up thier sell price or remove their sell orders. (thinning)

    At 2cps is only 240k. (at lot to me, but Im sure, not much to many)

    Activity before news imminent, might chip a few away also.

    IF someone wants a decent take to preempt news, and if they could they MIGHT/would just line-wipe, and say thanks for that amount of stock without having to chase it.

    then, what 12 mil at 2cents :) LOL
