The SP has hardly been sold down at all, 5-10% down on the back of a recent double +. Lets not forget where the SPP was a few months back.
Why would "smarts" need to be looking for buyers? There are plenty of them lined up the queue at values far greater than anyones purchase price that bought more than a few weeks ago.
Can you please explain just how this announcement is "bad"? Grimaldi clearly has assets to protect, this is obvious from his appeal. There are over 278 paragraphs you can read on the Grimaldi decision (which went against him remember) and they all lead to the conlusion that he doesn't have a leg to stand on, of course he will try to appeal.
