I'm hoping the overseas investors who have been buying up our properties as speculative investments will take the hint as well and sell into the high aussie dollar, pack up, p-off, not come back, and leave the houses close to our jobs, for us to live in rather than price us out of them and force people to sit in a 90 minute traffic jam.
