"Dividends not paid" multiplied by the return that a quality company can make is far better than "dividends paid" and wasted away (either in a term deposit or via spending).
Value and price will eventually meet.
These are the times to fill up your pockets with cheap shares (but make sure that you can afford any significant downturns).
