    I would apply the $30/bbl to total liquids.A quick way to find out the value of NGL's would be to call one of the local producers.Also , assuming that the gas is successfully marketed it will be produced simultaneously with the liquids, thereby sharing costs and increasing the in-ground value of the liquids.
    Yachty, the in-ground price is directly related to development costs.The higher the development costs,...the lower the in-ground value. Also the production profile of course has an impact, both costs and production rates. In other words , how quickly you can produce the most oil to recover your costs and get to positive cash flow.
    I am putting my money where my mouth is and accumulating at these prices.
