Temple7 I know I'm bewildered by this move, why would they do this, it really isn't a good look and leaves me thinking all sorts of things.

Why wouldn't they go ahead with 1.5MW and push for 5MW and continue with selling this small amount of electricity, after all they've basically said they need the money. Making money and saving money still help the bottom line, just maybe they can save more money than they can make from this small project, again who knows.

Plus continueing this until the Government make their decision on UCG in Qld would make sense to me, that is unless the new LNP government are already happy with current trial date etc... and Carbon Energy see no point in continuing up until this point. (WHO KNOWS!!)
