Must say this has me floored. The actions of the now Executive chairman seem to be logical and with a good insight. You are going to have a much smaller business so get back to your core. Sell off the non core non almond brands.

He has put some of his own money where his mouth is and seems to be the sort of guy that gets his hands dirty and has a track record that is good.

Instead of giving him a positive response the shares sell down and keep on leaking like a slow balloon - any ideas as to why?

The one expressed before the Potential link to the ex CEO happened on 6 March 2012. However since then 515,000 have traded in a very narrow band I have seen a positive market but a negative one for this share - I would assume that MF is still selling and yes I know you are required to disclose but invariably if you are not a director it can be later than normal to report. IMO this overhang will keep or seems to be keeping to suppress any interest and if it is a total sell off of the MF interest than at this rate, given that others will also sell if they were looking for short term performance and it remains elusive, will take the better part of 6 months to resolve and that is probably another thing on the Chairman's agenda. We will have to find a place to take these over and clear out the overhang if this company is to get back to being fairly valued. The good thing is that the seller seems to have a value of $1.60 as a base price and doesn't seem to sell below that.

Its almost tempting to sell out and then come back when it seems to firm up. All I need is a CR at a 20% discount to SI's. Would have been better for the company not to pay a dividend and do a share buyback on market. could have approached MF and bought it on market at this price That way 2.8 million shares could be bought on market in each half year and those wishing to get out would be out pretty soon.

Bluntly put my sentiment would love to be shown as frustrated.
