    Maybe you can shed some light on this, but why on gods green earth, would a company float itself to only pull in 4million capital if its worth 200million?

    Who said its worth 200million? who said each share is 20c?

    "just tucking it to the rail head"... Seriously confused Toono, 4million isnt even enough to get a production permit and trucks.. let alone the rest of the gear.

    Only avenue I see is if the company has a buttload of capital already (possible) but then why would it float?
