why among all the massive buy orders at 0.004c is there one for ONE SHARE, stands out like you know what (5th order down)

and 2nd question, why are there still 3 orders right down the bottom selling at 12c 15c and 16c for almost 1.1 million shares in total, when the current price is less than half a cent ? those three orders have been there since Feb 2010 more than 2 years.
