Nothing happening at work today, so I went to Harvey Norman to look at a new router so I can place losing trades faster (as you do) and I see a businessman I know sitting behind the desk in the furniture section. Doing nothing.

Business is bad for him so he's selling sofas. Except nobody's buying sofas.

Chatted/coffeed for about 2 hours and at no stage did he have to do anything. Nobody in the store. i.e Nobody. Except me who had left work because nothing was happening there either.

This guy was an $80-$100 callout and the same per hour. Good business built over 20 years and a master at his art. Discretionary though aka BigDaddy but different caper.

Wonder what he's on now per hour now...
