i lived there for some 25 odd years - they have been trying to upgrade cooby for yonks - it has had and still does have some stigma to it although they have been gradually moving out the lower classes if you like...
still a reasonable option to buy in there and knock it down but if its cheap enough
you wont get million $ properties in there yet
