These types of transactions have been imminent for 1.5 years. Personally I think JB and the like promise way too much too soon but I dont think they are downright liars.

IMO if they say it will happen IT WILL happen, but ignore the timeframes they give, because they are almost always proven to be wrong.

All of the OKAP ventures are over promise, under deliver. HOWEVER, (yes there is a however).

Even though I dont hold CCC anymore, it is unique in these OKAP ventures because CCC is no longer bleeding share holder money, its actually profitable. When you are bleeding 38 million a year you better make bloody sure you are on time with everything, cos any delay costs the company 100 thousand dollars just in one days worth of admin fees etc. When you are cashflow positive, small delays and set backs are nowhere near as damaging to the underlying finances/cashflow of the company.

Just imo of course.
