Do we the shareholders have some ownership rights of the company assets? If so, is there a way where we can stop these assets from being auctioned out. I can see Birney Kelly and his band of crooks (board) will sooner or later disappear with all shareholders money and leave nothing behind. This ship has sunk and it'll never come back but there is still value in the assets. The shareholders shoulder be given the proceeds of the auction I believe.
