They did say "A further update will be provided to the market prior to the proposed allotment date of 5
April 2012." So any time between now and 5 April.
Re, shorting it, probably not a bad idea when it is going down. You just don't short things because they are overbought. There is no rule to prevent me from buying a stock just because it is overbought. Conversely there is no rule to prevent me from selling a stock just because it is oversold.
