Totally agree PA but it depends on how you trade.
If you use charts and indicators perhaps your opinion might just skew a bit.
Once the momentum slackens off and there's a heap of new shares out there (some with eager owners wishing to recoup some of their acquisition costs) every indicator will point south, just like the direction of the price.
Now the curly question then will be; where is the bottom?
A calculated guess is ~$12.25 (the center of a mean reversion). Everyone's happy then.
