    re: Ann: IFE: IronClad signs Underwriting Agr... The point you make about low capex is a fair, nay great, one. By pushing the mining costs to IFE for the magnetite it allows TRF to avoid dilution for years if things go really well.
    However I would not put it past 'Mr Market' to try to push the TRF sp up enough for trading to be viable on the options. Time will tell.
