I cant complain i wanted an announcement and got one.

OB i think its fair to say the expected announcement wasnt going to trigger a TH so this is linked to a development on a larger scale.

Im sure its not a take over right now. It makes no sense IMHO as if timeone want to do that they would drag things along, try take tranche 4, pull the pin, sit back on the open market acquiring at a cheap price - it be could be said they have done this to date but im sure they would try push somemore. When i say cheap i am assuming the SP would suffer if Timeone pulled out and then once enough acquired make a play. So what i am saying is they wouldnt go for an immediate take over and they wouldnt get tranche 4 so there holding isnt big enough at this time.

IMO i think it could possibly be one of the follow scenarios:

1. In the last ann regarding the funding delay timeone said we are not only trying to sort the monies for tranche 4 but also the funding necessary for the whole project. So it could be possible we all get an early christmas and bang we have tranche 4 but also an agreement around funding start up? Thursdays trading was interesting and cleary enough volume to push the price slightly up.

2. Delay in funding from Timeone but they still may fund and we will explore options.

3 Timeone pulling out and here is plan B.

Hard to say but they have also requested the TH until wednesday so it possibly means some work is being done in the background before the market is made aware or it could be rapted up quickly and we know monday.
