In February Glyn provided the following in an update to the market with the half yearly report which covered the period from 01 July 2011 to 31 December 2011:

"The Company’s work with microneedles was also expanded during the period..."

During this reporting period Glyn was kind enough to respond to nine of thirteen questions I had emailed him. With all respect to Glyn, one of answers received was in complete contrast to that which was recently reported.

Additionally, and I'm sure others here may also be able to confirm this, if you or I emailed Glyn or OBJ one hour or even one day before a shareholder update was provided to the market, you would be advised that there is NO update or news available to provide the market.

If the FMCG company OBJ is currently in negotiations with for securing the Access Rights to our technology was Reckitt Benckiser, and you or I decided to send an email to OBJ today seeking verification, how do you expect Glyn might reply?

I would expect him to answer with a convincing and definitive NO!

"Such a simple thing to do I don't know why it wasn't done before. Anyone seeking verification can do the same."

All that I'm suggesting here writer, is that I don't believe it is always this simple.
