It will all depend on the size of the raising, they can only issue 15% of shares on the current register which is around 160m without shareholder consent, more than 15% they need to seek permision from holders.

If they do take a pot shot i would expect it to be a scrip offer for NUP holders taking RUM shares in a swap which is very common for smaller companies due to a lack of cash.

Its all speculation but would anyone be really surprised if it did happen???
