Hi Gassed,

First IMO I do not believe should an offer hit the table ATM from BPT it would be 0.60 although I would love that offer.

As of today the SP is .30 hence if BPT would have a go at ICN now my thoughts would be somewhere around .40 to .45 again thats based on the current SP of .30

I also believe they would have a full go e.g. 100% of ICN because they want TOTAL ownership and control, thats how BPT operate and I for one like the boards attitude on that.

I believe they would attempt a script offer at first and if that failed they would sweeten it with some cash.

Traditionally a lot of companies do not care about share dilution in order to expand and if that expansion proves to bring them a lot of profit in the future they traditionally buyback their shares on market.

Most of what I have stated is based on numerous companies I have had shares in over the last 20 years.

I do not believe BPT and ICN have a good relationship.

I know some of the top 20 SH would be more than happy to be with BPT instead of ICN. As for me Im in both hence I don't care either way as long as I make money out of it.

I believe BPT would easily get 50.1% of ICN at .45 although again my thoughts are based on todays SP as for next week who knows as it depends on where the SP will be. If BPT get 50.1% bye bye ICN board and that can only be good for the remaining SH as BPT have proven for their SH.

As for the chinese I also think they would not care one way or the other as long as they make money out of it and get their gas which they definitely will if BPT have anything to do with it.

With our current board no one will get anything nor have anyone other than the board got anything from ICN except IMO a load of hot air but I am not complaining as my trades in ICN has been good to me over the years but that is not from RJ, that is from the people who IMO have done little research in this minnow and paid way over the top to my delight.

Please let me make myself CLEAR all the above is IN MY OPINION but consider this I could sell now and treble my investment.

Ask yourselves why I have not ???
