Impossible questions to answer with any degree of certainty.

I am one of those who has considered a low ball takeover.
If it were to happen tomorrow, these are some thoughts..

The number of shares issued in FML could be a good defensive tool. I think any entity considering a takeover would have to consider FML a difficult takeover prospect...like trying to herd cats.

Anything under 10c would not gain traction.
10-14c would get peoples attention.
15-18c a large number of sales but would it get a comulsory acquisition ..I don't think so.

I would consider guidace from the board very strongly.
I think that it would take a strong recommendation from the board to facillitate the venture.

These are just gut feelings from a long term holder and as I have said before in this forum, gut feelings are worth nothing really.
