don't get your hopes too high yeldub. I'm guessing any payment will be based on the initial statement of 1 million tpa as a starter, with further payments depending on government approvals for expansion, larger resource conversion ... all that. Just a guess.

in short, it won't be based on anything like a 10 million or even 5 million tpa expectation. more likely based on the EBITDA present value of the 1 million tpa plan with various adjustments.

the key is not so much the dollar value, as getting it happening. $100 million would be a moderate outcome it that was it.
