Tend 2 agree Will...just putting an alternate theory out there...you know how wrong we all were when the first trading halt went into place and they came back having sacked JH!
Given the wording of the Pattos report, my gut says they will underwrite again, if required.
However wheter it is a capital raising everyone can share in or whether its a capital raising with one persn stumping up the cash, again, maybe Pattos are willing to come up with the cash given their long term support of the board (presumably) and not JH specifically.
