I'm 99% sure the announcement will be about funding for Cockatoo development and the associated bond. It was mentioned in the 23rd Dec announcement that discussions would be finalized and announced to the market when completed. Since funding for irvine can't be discussed since the DFS and final capital costs aren't finalized, there really isn't anything else it could be.

If it had anything to do with the investment of our strategic partner, Timeone, the request for a TH would have mentioned 'strategic partner' not 'funding'.

Just my logic of course.
