Mav. The rig that has been especially constructed in the U.S. to drill 855 is "due in April". And as part of the j/v conditions, BPT must use it in 855 as its FIRST job.
Now, THAT's what we will be looking at with GREAT interest.

I won't believe that ICN will allow BPT to defer any drilling in 855, as, and as I have previously posted, IF they do, ICN won't be able to get to Court quickly enough to have the J/V scrapped. Good for the goose, good for the gander. This time it is all in writing, not a "gentlemans' understanding" like the first one.

And you still insist that the relationship between ICN and BPT is not cordial so both would be watching each other very closely, especially with $Billions potentaially at stake for both of them. (But, I suspect that it is sufficiently, until the conditions of the J/V have been satisfied IN FULL, when it will have to all become clear as to who will, or won't, be participating in the next stage).
Both companies are nearing the point of no return as soon as that rig arrives!!
