I think it's the results of a naive innocent minded person getting taken in by some left wing university professor who lets her think she has some superior knowledge than all the other mere mortals

The professor's head swells (they all do that) and gets to think he's won a soldier convert to fight for the socialist cause

And she get's to feel superior (the head thing again) and goes on to sprout left wing dogma and mantras that seem to impress the lesser mortals... and so, the talking down to the simpler folk... so we the lesser beings can understand in simple words how wrong we are and how we need to change to become better people

Having parents who were indoctrinated from a previous century would not have helped her balance

Come to think of it, she may have begun to be socialist/communist indoctrinated when she herself was a five year old. May explain her very comfortableness in front of five year olds.. regression?

Honestly it (socialism) is like a religion... Dogma, mantras and union dues to the high priest the leaders... well people like Thommo the very righteous priest himself

I think they really believe we (the world) all need converting to socialism to be saved stuff
