In my view, the ASX has no jurisdiction over what happens in London....and it is immaterial as it has had no effect on shares price in australia and won't have until after news is released.

...and it happened after they did a trading halt anyway. Trading halt is about giving investors equal opportunity to make a decision post announcement.

Shares were pretty much unchanged prior to announcement of trading halt.

News could be Monday, announcement says no later than Tuesday.
