Because if we are to read that announcement properly, in part one of that announcement, it refers solely to "in realtion to the Funding Arrangements with Timeone Holdings limited", nothing about Timeone coming up with any of the money they have to pay for their 30% holdings of the company.

After having read that part over and over again, I am more and more confident that something is about to happen. I hope that it is all good, and my gut tells me that it is. DYOR.
If it is, watch what the sp will do as a result of it all.
