Hope you noted that 350K buy after the close on Friday @ .30. $105,000 after the close!!! What does that tell you ??? What are the chances of a BPT T/O offer BY BPT if ICN is .40 and BPT is less tha $1.50???
A well respected, well researched, poster on another forum, has posted that BPT is asking $500 million for 30% of 855 from opening its data room. ICN has 40% of 855. Do your own maths. Why give BPT $500 mil for 30% when they can probably get 40% plus all other ICN assets for the same money??? It's not rocket science.
