I would merely suggest that having a politician and a highly (IMO Over) paid CEO together to decide on how big a project is is a license to exaggerate. I would merely suggest that that was the total spend if 10000 acres and a full processing plant etc etc and then some were all there.
I do think it would be interesting to work through some data to get a feel for what has been done and what is still to be done and how this will affect profitability. I suspect that they are doing this right now with the new executive chairman.
