While REE's are not fully appreciated by the wider market, I don't think the resource of the JORC is the real issue. The real issue is that PEK will need ongoing funding and lots of it to progress the project, and they have come up short on doing this effectively. It's not just the share overhang from the JORC or even the last raising. I think the market has marked down management in the critical area of project funding. PEK really needs a better, more high profile broker/corporate advisor that Shaws.
